In a society that values aesthetic perfection so much, many people are disjointed. People of different ages, races and social classes feel uncomfortable with their own body. They are insecure about their appearance and one of the biggest reasons is stretch marks.
What are stretch marks?
Stretch marks are an acquired integumentary atrophy, which arises when elastic and collagen fibers (responsible for skin firmness) break and form "scars".
Well, these "scars" leave marks on people's self-esteem. Many do not feel good living with stretch marks every day and end up failing to do many things due to low self-esteem. This shakes the quality of life and can lead to isolation and depression.
No stretch strie is the same as the other. With this technique, the stretch marks are treated one by one, to ensure that the healing is organized, harmonious and resistant, generating a more uniform texture.
The complete treatment varies, on average, from 2 to 3 sessions for white stretch marks and 3 to 5 sessions for dark, red, purple stretch marks (needs to be evaluated) with minimum intervals of 30 to 60 days between them.
Our treatment promotes a complete regeneration of striated skin, using only needles to remove the first layer of the skin stimulating its natural renewal. How do we remove them? Cauterization: Burning off the skin tag using electrical current or a high-frequency laser.

Such stains can be due to the pigmentation itself or by incorrect use of certain products, we can mention: alcohol deodorants. The hormonal changes, the hair removal methods used (which contributes to the emergence or worsening of this problem).
But it is not only the blade that promotes this darkening, wax and even jeans and tight underwear can cause this darkening. It is essential to guide the client on what can cause darkening and guide him in what he should do so that the treatment is actually effective, as well as the most appropriate depilatory method.
Lightening the armpits and groin is an option that makes the skin even more lush and rejuvenated. To take care of the skin and avoid darkening, we suggest some guidelines and recipes contained in this handout that will help reduce your patient's case.

My Story
Starting an aesthetics business in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, was a challenging yet incredibly resilient choice. I was navigating the world of a new business venture, one that traditionally thrives on in-person relationships and services, all while facing personal upheavals.
In the midst of the uncertainty, I made a bold decision: to follow my passion and turn my love for beauty and wellness into a business. But it wasn’t just the pandemic that I had to contend with—around the same time, I was also going through a divorce while caring for a 10-month-old baby and a 17 year old daughter. Life, it seemed, had thrown every curveball it possibly could, yet I remained undeterred.
With a baby in tow and the world in lockdown, I faced obstacles that many would consider insurmountable: adapting my business to health guidelines, managing client expectations, setting up a new home-based business, all while balancing the emotional weight of a fresh divorce. But my determination was my strength. Every day I showed up, no matter how difficult it was, but always with a big smile on my face. The challenges of building a business in a pandemic only fueled my drive to succeed.
My baby and my daughter became a symbol of my resilience, reminding that no matter the setbacks, I was creating something that would last—a business and a future for three of us. The road was far from easy. I had to learn quickly, pivot when things didn’t go as planned, and work longer hours than ever before, but each milestone, whether it was securing a first client or having my children smiling after a long workday, became a testament to my strength.
Through it all, I built something more than just a business; I built a legacy. My ability to keep pushing forward in the face of uncertainty has proven to those around me that strength comes from within—and no matter the challenges, I could create beauty in every aspect of my life.
